Project Partnering Session Facilitation
Project Partnering Assessment:
From inception to completion -- with detailed reports
Detailed interviews with key stakeholders who are involved
in the project take place prior to the Partnering Session
to assess interaction, level of trust and conflict resolution
process among project personnel. A Partnering strategy is
developed based on input from project participants thus
creating a high level of ownership to the Partnering process.
The Initial Partnering Session:
The session is designed based on input from participants
with key objectives:
Reaching consensus on what Partnering is and defining
what Partnering is NOT
Agreement on key project goals and jointly developing
the strategy for goal achievement.
Clearly identify the challenges for the project and
design a Plan of Action.
How to handle disputes on the project, and what tools
are available
Performance Measures: How to ensure project Partnering
stays on track
How to turn the project into a Partnering success showcase.
Follow-up Partnering Sessions:
Follow-up sessions often are conducted quarterly, or as
frequently as needed, depending on issues and data collected
from project Partnering evaluations and measurements. Follow-up
sessions are designed to ensure that project goals are on
