About Christopher Veal

Christopher Veal is a Consultant with 15 years experience in leadership development, group facilitation, and public speaking. He has served in numerous management roles in both corporate and military environment.

Christopher has spent time involved in recruiting prior to and then during his tenure as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he spent nine years honing his leadership skills. His time in the Marines helped him develop many facets of his leadership and management skills to include logistics, administration, and operational proficiency. The culmination of his time in the Marine Corps was preparing a nearly 500-person unit for a combat tour to Iraq, and once deployed helping oversee the operations and administration of a 1,100 person unit.

He received his B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of North Dakota, with heavy concentration on Sociology and Psychology. After obtaining his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, Christopher entered the construction field as a Project Manager where he dealt with tower cranes and construction hoists, as well as structural steel projects involving new construction and seismic retrofits of existing structures, overseeing multi-million dollar projects on a regular basis.
Christopher has continued to hone his skills through numerous leadership development and strategic planning opportunities over the years, and continues to satisfy his coaching passion as a certified RiderCoach for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, teaching new and returning motorcycle riders how to safely operate a motorcycle.
