Judith MacBrine, CPCC, ORSCC, is a life-long student of
what makes teams work. With three decades of experience
in California state government, Judith has facilitated,
trained, coached, participated in and led a myriad of teams
varying in composition from professional to trades to clerical;
public to private; small to large; happy to hostile. Judith
brings a three-fold set of skills including: emotional intelligence
leaning on coactive coaching methods and the Enneagram --
a personality typing system; personal presence leaning on
Shambhala Sacred Path training; and systems work based in
Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching.
Judith’s educational background includes a degree
from UC San Diego – Revelle College in Urban and Rural
Studies, plus hands on experience in strategic planning
and program, policy, and process development and evaluation.
Prior to becoming a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach
(CPCC), Judith was the Northern California classroom leader
for an international team, management and leadership program.
Under her leadership, the program expanded ten-fold. Judith
is a master meeting facilitator skilled in both “World
Café” style meetings and graphic recording.
Judith lives with her husband in Davis, California. She
answers with an enthusiastic, “friendly!” to
Einstein’s most fundamental question…”whether
or not the universe we live in is friendly or hostile.”
