Holly Parrish Bezner is a skilled neutral who specializes in the resolution of disputes involving business, commercial, construction defect, construction delay and contractual matters, intellectual property, employment and real estate issues. She is a well known advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) who is respected by all sides. For more than a decade, Mrs. Parrish Bezner has effectively represented parties in open communication leading parties to constructive resolutions. Her keen understanding of the parties’ business operations and skills as a business attorney and “deal maker” give her a unique perspective as a facilitator and dispute resolution provider.
Complementing her ADR practice, Mrs. Parrish Bezner has worked both in-house (having served as General Counsel for a statewide trade association and prior to that for a Fortune 500 Home Builder) and for some of the most prestigious firms in the West. Mrs. Parrish Bezner has completed extensive mediation training through the “Mediating the Litigated Case” program at the Pepperdine University School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, a Mediation Certificate through the Sacramento State Center for African Peace & Conflict Resolution, and advanced training through Dana Curtis Appellate Mediation Training. She serves on the Placer County Dispute Resolution and the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District Mediation Panels. Mrs. Parrish Bezner has a Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law and Bachelor of Arts a degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
